Indian Ocean Garnet Sands Co. Pvt. Ltd. (IOGS) was incorporated in the year 1982 by  

Mr. T. Manickam (Pioneer of Indian Garnet Industries) and commenced its operation in the same year. 

Currently under the leadership of our Managing Director Mr. Ramesh, the company had achieved a giant leap to become the No.1 producer of Garnet in India. 

With a start up of 100 M. Tons in 1982, now the company touched an all time high level production of 24,000 M. Tons and cater towards the Garnet requirement of the global and individual consumers. 

Currently IOGS, establishing itself by acquiring mines and three factories.  These are one of the well equipped factories supported by the state of art technology, successfully functioning at the mining premises. Contributing to our success, we have two sophisticated factories at Tuticorin.  The factory’s salient feature consists of high power magnetic separators, washing machines, sizes, rotary dryer and automated filling system. 

IOGS has a huge warehousing facilitating in house stuffing,  Promising the Product quality with a fully equipped laboratory which follows stringent quality control measures.
