     The mines that are owned by the Company’s  Directors, have abundant reserves of Garnet. The reserve  has  been estimated up to 2 million tons of high grade Garnet.

The mines are situated at K-pudur the place which is near the coastal belt of The Bay of Bengal at extreme Southern India just north east of Kanyakumari where the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal meet.

The age of the Garnet date backs to human evolution.   The origin of the Garnet was from the Western ghat mountain river’s flow into The Bay of Bengal and bring granules of Garnet embedded in rocks and deposit them in this area. Way of tidal action and wave currents redeposit the Garnet on the seashore. The particle size of Garnet which is of Almandatite variety ranges from 8 Mesh to 150 Mesh which is unique and only one of its kinds in the World.
