Pre-concentration The raw material received from the mines are preconcentrated using the magnetic separator. The concentrated material is sent for further processing to the main unit

Processing 

The concentrated material is washed to remove the chloride content, clay content and other contaminations. Washed Garnet concentrate is dried using fuel operated rotary dryer.  The dried material is processed with high power magnetic separators to attain 97 – 99% pure Garnet

Grading

Garnet is screened accurately according to the customer’s need to produce consistent top quality garnet with hi-tech Screening machines

Quality assurance

Well-trained master graduates of geology and mining are employed in all places of processing i.e. from mining till packing.  The Garnet is tested at every stage before being packed at the quality control laboratory
